About NHNA Membership

The North Highlands Neighborhood Association (NHNA) is a volunteer organization dedicated to making our neighborhood stronger while fostering a sense of community.  NHNA is NOT a required HOA. Membership dues are also not mandatory to participate in the association, but encouraged to support the work of NHNA! Please consider supporting NHNA. Please also complete our info form so you can stay connected with everything that is happening in North Highlands!
